Learning Team Two Musical

I have had some people asking me the date of the musical. It is on Wednesday 24th September. That is the last week of term.

Stanford's Story

In New Zealand, I played. I ate and drank. I looked at the ship. I went to my friends home. I slept and I talked. I played at school with my classmates. I read stories. When I wrote stories, I wrote short stories about my weekend. I went ice skating in Tekapo. I had fun.

Stanford's last day with us at Waimataitai. Stanford was visiting us for a short while from China.
What do you like about NZ?
That there is not much homework at school.

What is different in China?
That the buildings are taller and there is more homework at school.

What do you miss about China?
Speaking Chinese.

Wetlands Presentation

On Tuesday 25th of August we had a presentation about the wetlands.The presentation was about making the wetlands better for the environment. We invited the Mayor but she was ill and could not make it. Miss Culhane took the Mayor's talking part.

Ice Skating

On Tuesday 19th, learning team 2 went to the ice skating rink in Tekapo it was a bit hard. But I got the hang of it when I saw Caleb I was amazed to see him on the ice.

Hi Room 2,
I'm sorry I wasn't able to be with you for buddies this week. I hope you have been thinking about the kind of fish you want to create with your buddy. Next week Mr Ree's and I hope to have the big sheets of plywood so we can start drawing our designs on them. Have any of you managed to get some paint from home?
